Groundworks
The bread and butter of SFS — complete groundworks for residential and commercial projects across Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Excavation, drainage, sub-bases and preparation done properly, so everything built on top starts from solid ground. Over 20 years of industry experience behind every dig.
Demolition
Controlled demolition handled with our own plant and experienced operators. Structures taken down safely, materials processed and mucked away, and the site left clear and ready for the next phase.
Grab Hire & Muck Away
Our grab lorries take the pain out of muck away and site clearance. Reviews mention the "amazing skill manoeuvring a big grab lorry" into tricky delivery spots — and being able to help "at quite short notice". If you need spoil gone quickly, this is the fastest way.
Aggregates Supply & Delivery
Good quality topsoil, hardcore and aggregates, supplied and delivered by our own tippers and grab lorries across Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Fair prices, quick turnaround, and drivers customers describe as friendly and helpful.
Building Foundations
Foundations dug accurately and poured right — footings for extensions, new builds and outbuildings. One customer's extension groundworks were part of a job "finished ahead of schedule (unheard of!) and within budget".
Bulk Excavation
Site dig-outs, reduced level excavation and land reshaping at scale. Our own excavators and skilled operators shift material efficiently — paired with our grab lorries so spoil leaves site as fast as it comes out of the ground.
Concrete Crusher Hire
Crush concrete and demolition arisings on site instead of paying to tip them and buying hardcore back in. Our crusher hire turns waste into usable material and keeps lorry movements down.
EV Charging Installation
The groundworks behind EV charging — trenching, ducting, cable routes and concrete bases for domestic and commercial charge points, done cleanly with the driveway or car park reinstated properly afterwards.
